Yosuah Kossi Efoui est un écrivain togolais né en 1962 à Anfoin. Il est reconnu pour son œuvre théâtrale et obtient le Grand Prix Tchicaya U Tam’si du Concours théâtral interafricain pour sa pièce Le Carrefour en 1989.
